Expression of Hsap\APLP1Scer\UAS.cMa driven along the anterior/posterior compartment boundary in third instar larval wing discs by Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 or Scer\GAL4dpp.PU leads to increased cell death in this region, along with a loss of anterior crossvein phenotype in adult fly wings, compared to controls. Expression of Hsap\APLP1Scer\UAS.cMa driven in the posterior compartment of third instar larval wing discs by Scer\GAL4en.PU leads to increased cell death in this region, along with a loss of anterior crossvein phenotype in adult fly wings, compared to controls. Expression of Hsap\APLP1Scer\UAS.cMa driven by Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 leads to extensive cell death in the wing pouch of third instar larvae and produces a blistered wing phenotype in adults. Expression of Hsap\APLP1Scer\UAS.cMa driven by Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 induces cell death in the notum tips of wing discs and leads to a small scutellum phenotype in flies, compared to controls. Expression of Hsap\APLP1Scer\UAS.cMa driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PU induces cell death in the ventral nerve cord of third instar larvae. Expression of Hsap\APLP1Scer\UAS.cMa driven in eye discs of third instar larvae by Scer\GAL4GMR.PU induces cell death posterior to the morphogenetic furrow.
