The expression of Ten-mJF03323 under the control of either Scer\GAL4221, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi, results in the secondary dendrite branches of third instar larval class I abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaE neurons and class I abdominal posterior ventral multidendritic vdap neurons being significantly less directionally biased towards the posterior, as compared to controls.

Expression of Ten-mJF03323 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG, in combination with Dicer-2 for efficient RNAi, results in dendrite terminal branches of third instar larval class IV abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons exhibiting a significantly less radial directional distribution, as compared to controls.
