Expression of Su(var)2-10^JF03384 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 leads to severe wing morphology defects with rudimentary deformed wings.

(Zhang et al., 2017)

Expression of Su(var)2-10^JF03384 is larval lethal with melanotic tumors (with the Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PI driver) or results in: small rough eyes (with Scer\GAL4^ey.PH), unfurled (at 25[o]) or slightly deformed (at 18[o]C) wings (with Scer\GAL4^nub.PK), is lethal (at 25[o]C) or induces wing blisters and occasionally ectopic vein material (at 18[o]C) at posterior crossvein (with Scer\GAL4^en.PU) in adult flies. Expression controlled by Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF has no overt adult phenotype.
