UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat.
LarMI03443-TG4.1, Ptp69DJF03399, Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 has abnormal neuroanatomy | third instar larval stage phenotype, non-enhanceable by Lar[+]/LarCRISPR.3
Ptp69DJF03399/Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 is an enhancer of abnormal neuroanatomy | third instar larval stage phenotype of LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1
LarMI03443-TG4.1, Ptp69DJF03399, Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 has larval multidendritic class IV neuron | third instar larval stage phenotype, non-enhanceable by Lar[+]/LarCRISPR.3
LarMI03443-TG4.1, Ptp69DJF03399, Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 has dendritic tree | third instar larval stage phenotype, non-enhanceable by Lar[+]/LarCRISPR.3
Ptp69DJF03399/Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 is an enhancer of larval multidendritic class IV neuron | third instar larval stage phenotype of LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1
Ptp69DJF03399/Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 is an enhancer of dendritic tree | third instar larval stage phenotype of LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1
The very slight decrease in total dendrite density in class IV dendritic arborizing (da) neurons characteristic for third instar larvae transheterozygous for LarCRISPR.3/LarMI03443-TG4.1 is strongly enhanced by expression of Ptp69DJF03399 under the Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1 driver (which is inherent to the LarMI03443-TG4.1 allele), in addition the terminal dendrite density and terminal dendrite numbers are also significantly reduced. Larvae heterozygous for LarMI03443-TG4.1 and expressing Ptp69DJF03399 (under the Scer\GAL4Lar-MI03443-TG4.1) driver display strong reduction in the total and terminal dendrite density as well as terminal dendrite numbers in the class IV da neurons relative to controls, this phenotype is not further worsened by combination with LarCRISPR.3.
