Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Males depleted for Spn75F, through expression of Spn75F[dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[αTub84B.PL], do not significantly differ from controls in the overall number of eggs laid. The fertility of females mated to Spn75F[dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS]-Scer\GAL4[αTub84B.PL] males does not differ significantly from controls. Females mated to Spn75F[dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS]-Scer\GAL4[αTub84B.PL] males show low receptivity to re-mating 24 hours after the initial mating. (Ram and Wolfner, 2007)
