Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the first 25 amino acids of N (including signal sequence) followed by an HA epitope tag, followed by Notch sequences from AAKHQ located 35 amino acids N terminal to the trans-membrane domain to QQLGG in the intracellular domain, and ending with C-terminal V5 and His tags.
