Expression of Vap-33AScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 results in reduced bouton size compared to controls.

Expression of Vap-33-1Scer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B results in lethality at the first or second larval instar stage.

Animals expressing Vap-33-1Scer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4G14 are unable to eclose from the pupal case and die as pharate adults.

Expression of Vap-33-1Scer\UAS.cRa under the control of either Scer\GAL4elav.PLu or Scer\GAL4OK6 results in a reduction in bouton diameter at the neuromuscular junction in third instar larvae.
