Expression of hhNIG.4637R does not significantly affect wing patterning (driven by Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 or Scer\GAL4da.G32) or thermal allodynia (driven by Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9, even with co-expression of hhGD193).

Expression of hhNIG.4637R under the control of Scer\GAL4MD-638 causes a reduction in wing size and in the distance between the veins L3 and L4.

Expression of hhNIG.4637R in the wing under the control of Scer\GAL4MD-638 result in wing size reduction, shortening of the distance between L3 and L4, and loss of the anterior cross vein.
