      Comments

      Expression of RanBPMlong.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu effectively rescues the response to light of RanBPMk05201 mutant larvae. The overall locomotion of the mutant larvae is also improved.

      The feeding defects of RanBPMk05201 mutant larvae are rescued by expression of RanBPMlong.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu, Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR or Scer\GAL4Mef2.247.

      Expression of RanBPMlong.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247 at 29[o]C significantly rescues the response to light of RanBPMk05201 mutant larvae. The overall locomotion of the mutant larvae is also improved.
