Reference

Expression of Acf^JF01298 under the control of Scer\GAL4^{otu.T:Hsim\VP16}, Scer\GAL4^nos.PG and Scer\GAL4^{nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16}, or under the control of Scer\GAL4^C587, results in increased number of apoptotic egg chambers from stage 7/8 onwards, but no cell packaging defects in the egg chambers, as compared with controls.

Expression of Acf^JF01298 under the control of Scer\GAL4^{mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16}, but not Scer\GAL4^tj.PU, results in a significant increase in the number of apoptotic egg chambers, but no cell packaging defects, as compared with controls.
