      Expression of tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of either Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI or Scer\GAL4da.G32 results in lethality, with the degree of lethality depending on the tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa line used.

      Adult male escapers expressing tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of either Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI or Scer\GAL4da.G32 often show a characteristic under-rotation of genitalia.

      Males expressing tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4T80 show a mis-rotated genitalia phenotype.

      Males expressing tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 show no defects in rotation of the genitalia.

      Adult escapers expressing tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI show multiple wing defects (depending on the particular tncdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cFa line used), including wing blisters, failure of wing expansion, wing margin nicking and malformed wings.
