In individuals expressing nompC^L.UAS.GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4^VGlut-OK371, leg motor neurons in the adult ventral nerve cord reliably exhibit evoked depolarizing responses to mechanical neuropil stimulation; these are not observed in control individuals.
