      Autolysosomes are normally absent in wild-type larvae under well-fed conditions but are rapidly induced with autophagy in response to starvation. Expression of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA>SbfHMS00414 blocks the appearance of autolysosomes in starved fat bodies.

      Females heterozygous for SbfHMS00414 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4otu.T:Hsim\VP16, Scer\GAL4nos.PG and Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16) crossed to SbfHMS00414 males results in: 84% hatching; non-maternal effect.
