Expression of Sod1Scer\UAS.cWa under the control of either Scer\GAL4da.PU or Scer\GAL4ple.PF does not affect the climbing ability of adult flies relative to controls.

Expression of SodScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4 has no effect on heart tube contraction.

Expression of SodScer\UAS.cWa specifically in nonmyocytic pericardial cells, under the control of Scer\GAL4Dot.PK increases the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia and causes constriction of the heart tube.

Overexpression of SodScer\UAS.cWa driven by Scer\GAL4D42 in motor neurons does not cause any motor dysfunction.
