Complementation & Rescue Data
| |||
| Partially rescues | CtBPCAT.T:Zzzz\FLAG partially rescues CtBP03463 | ||
| Comments | A considerable number of adult flies survive despite being homozygous for CtBP[03463] in the presence of CtBP[CAT.T:Zzzz\FLAG]. The hatch rate of maternally rescued CtBP[03463] embryos is somewhat lower compared with that of wild-type embryos.
Homozygous CtBP[03463] mutant adults zygotic-rescued by CtBP[CAT.T:Zzzz\FLAG] display a variety of wing defects, ranging from mildly curly wings to blistered wing phenotypes, and, in some cases, severely reduced wings. CtBP[CAT.T:Zzzz\FLAG]-rescued CtBP[03463]-mutant wings frequently display missing and extra macrochaeta bristle phenotypes. | ||
