      Comments

      Expression of psqScer\UAS.P\T.cGb in the female germ-line under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 partially rescues the psqrum terminal defects. Those embryos that display rescued terminal structures hatch, but the others do not. Pole cell formation is restored as a result of psqScer\UAS.P\T.cGb-expression in the germ-line.
