UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a short inverted repeat.
Wounded embryos expressing RhoGEF2HMS01118 under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 show wound overexpansion, delayed actin accumulation around the wound edge and delayed repair, as compared to wounded control embryos.
RhoGEF2HMS01118, Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI, l(2)glGD4047 has wing disc | somatic clone | third instar larval stage phenotype
The clonal co-expression of either l(2)glGD4047 and RhoGEF2HMS01118 or scribKK101128 and RhoGEF2HMS01118 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI (together with Dicer-2, for efficient RNAi) in third instar larval wing discs leads to a significant proportion of apical delamination, which does not occur upon l(2)glGD4047 or scribKK101128 single expression clones.
The clonal co-expression of scribKK101128, RhoGEF2HMS01118 and Stat92EΔNΔC.UASp.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI (together with Dicer-2, for efficient RNAi) in third instar larval wing discs leads to overgrowths in the wing pouch domain, which does not occur upon scribKK101128 single expression or scribKK101128, RhoGEF2HMS01118 double expression.
