Females heterozygous for lkb1^HMS01351 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4^{otu.T:Hsim\VP16}, Scer\GAL4^nos.PG and Scer\GAL4^{nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16}) crossed to lkb1^HMS01351 males results in: 80% hatching; non-maternal effect.

The co-expression of Lkb1^HMS01351 suppresses the upward adult wing curvature resulting from the expression of either Pi3K59F^KD.Scer\UAS or Wdfy2^{R323A.Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP-mCherry} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ap-md544.
