Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Developing muscle fibers are completely absent in embryos expressing TER94[K2A.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[how-24B]. Flies expressing TER94[K2A.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Mhc.PW] show impaired flight. Animals overexpressing TER94[K2A.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] die at larval or early pupal stage. Animals co-expressing TER94[K2A.Scer\UAS] and TER94[Scer\UAS.cCa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] survive. Expression of TER94[K2A.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ninaE.PT] induces outer photoreceptor cell degradation. Constant darkness does not mitigate this phenotype. (Chang et al., 2011)
