      Animals that express of icoG538E.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 die before pupation.

      Expression of icoG538E.Scer\UAS in the wing under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 cause growth and pattern defects. The wings exhibit normal proportions, but show reduced growth in the are where icoG538E.Scer\UAS is expressed.

      Expression of icoG538E.Scer\UAS in the wing under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 disrupts wing growth, which leads to patterning defects, such as ectopic vein formation and the merging of longitudinal veins.
