Over-expression of a single copy of NdfipScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 with Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 or Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 has minimal effects on the adult wing. However, over-expression of two copies of NdfipScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 using Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in severe wing disruption, with increased bristles present at the wing margin.
