Expression of Pak^GL00008 under the control of Scer\GAL4^eve.RN2 results in defects in dendritogenesis in the embryonic aCC motoneurons (decreased number of dendritic tips) compared to controls.

Females heterozygous for Pak^GL00008 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4^{otu.T:Hsim\VP16}, Scer\GAL4^nos.PG and Scer\GAL4^{nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16}) crossed to Pak^GL00008 males results in: 0% hatching; egg/embryonic phenotype: segment polarity defects; twisted; maternal effect.
