Expression of RgaGL00386 under the control of either Scer\GAL4nub.PK or Scer\GAL4en.PU results in ectopic and disrupted wing veins. Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI-driven expression is lethal; no overt adult phenotype is observed with either Scer\GAL4ey.PH or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.
