      Expressing Sec22HMS01238 under the control of Scer\GAL4pros-V1 does not affect the size of late endosomes in larval garland cells (Rab7-positive puncta in fluorescence microscopy).

      Clonal expression of Sec22HMS01238 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP (in combination with Dicer-2, for a more efficient RNAi) does not affect the distribution of autophagic vesicles in the larval fat body (Atg8-positive puncta in fluorescence microscopy).

      Expressing Sec22HMS01238 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH abolishes glue granules in the larval salivary glands; in agreement, all of the (pre)pupae fell down from the wall of the culture vials.
