Expression of SCARHMS01536 under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.mat.αTub67C leads to premature ooplasmic streaming in stage 7 oocytes, actin defects at the oocyte cortex and at the ring canals in stage 7-9 egg chambers when compared to controls.

Expression of SCARHMS01536 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU induces stalling of the ISNb motor nerve at the junction of muscles 6 and 13 with failure to innervate muscle 12 (observed in ~25% of examined hemisegments).

Expression of SCARHMS01536 under the control of Scer\GAL4GR1, or under the control of Scer\GAL4tj.PU along with a Dicer-2 transgene to increase RNAi efficiency, results in females laying abnormally round eggs, as compared to controls.

Expression of SCARHMS01536 in the lymph gland under the control of Scer\GAL4kn.PU results in a reduction in the number of hematopoietic stem cells and an increase in the number of mature plasmatocytes.

The expression of SCARHMS01536 under the control of Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4 leads to a decreased maximum cytoneme length at the A-P wing disc compartment border, as compared to controls.
