The wing undergrowth observed in flies expressing exScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 (their wing area is significantly decreased compared to controls) is increased by co-expression of crbGD14463 (which on its own leads to wing overgrowth).

Expression of exScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU suppresses the head overgrowth seen in mopsfv3 Df(3L)H99 mutant clones (generated in a minute background).

Expression of exScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU largely suppresses the overgrowth phenotype seen in wtsx1 larval eye disc clones. The eye discs are no longer drastically deformed and retain a more normal shape. The pupal stage lethality is also partially rescued.
