Statement Reference Expression of ex[Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] suppresses the head overgrowth seen in mop[sfv3] Df(3L)H99 mutant clones (generated in a minute background). (Gilbert et al., 2011) Expression of ex[Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP] under the control of Scer\GAL4[tub.PU] largely suppresses the overgrowth phenotype seen in wts[x1] larval eye disc clones. The eye discs are no longer drastically deformed and retain a more normal shape. The pupal stage lethality is also partially rescued. (Badouel et al., 2009)
