Reducing the dosage of Rab11 through a Rab11ex2 heterozygous background significantly enhances the RN-treScer\UAS.cHa-induced rough eye phenotype. Reducing the dosage of Rab6 through a Rab6D23E heterozygous background does not affect the RN-treScer\UAS.cHa-induced rough eye phenotype.
