      Expression of jvlRA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP at relatively low levels (using Scer\GAL4nos.PG or P{matα4-GAL-VP16}V2H) has no effect on the ovary.

      Moderate expression of jvlRA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP (using Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16) leads to mislocalization of the oocyte nucleus in stage 9 egg chambers.

      Relatively high expression of jvlRA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP (using P{matα4-GAL-VP16}V37) causes small and mislocalized oocytes, though there is no effect on egg chamber size.
