Reference

Expression of ebi^{dsRNA.Scer\UAS.cMa} using Scer\GAL4^en.PU reduces wing size to 76-81% of that of controls, with a greater size reduction in the posterior half of the wing. There are no gross patterning defects. Larval wing pouch size is also reduced, with the posterior half being more severely affected.

Expression of ebi^{dsRNA.Scer\UAS.cMa} using Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 reduces wing size to 69-78% of that of controls, with wings curving upwards. There are no gross patterning defects. Larval wing pouch size is also reduced, with the dorsal half being more severely affected.
