Description
What does this section display?
This section contains items that were added to this record for each release. It currently only tracks new links between this FlyBase report and other FlyBase data classes (e.g. genes, references, stocks) or controlled vocabulary terms (e.g. GO, anatomy terms).
What does this section not display?
This section does not currently display links that were removed or gene model changes.

Expression of sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] does not result in any detectable apoptosis in the wing disc, eye-antennal disc or central nervous system. Expression of sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hs.PU] and a 30 minute heat shock during the third larval instar stage does not result in lethality or any morphological abnormality. Expression of sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] with Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] results in 83% lethality and with Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in 96% lethality. Expression of sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in posterior wing margin notching in 13% of flies and loss of the anterior crossvein in 25% of flies. Expression of sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] significantly decreases the size of the posterior compartment of the wing disc.

Simultaneous expression of Hs6st[Scer\UAS.cKa] and sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] does not result in any detectable apoptosis in the wing disc, eye-antennal disc or central nervous system. Simultaneous expression of Hs6st[Scer\UAS.cKa] and sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hs.PU] and a 30 minute heat shock during the third larval instar stage does not result in lethality or any morphological abnormality. Co-expression of Hsepi[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] results in 58% lethality. Co-expression of Hs2st[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] results in 24% lethality. Co-expression of Hs6st[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[Act.PU] results in 69% lethality. Co-expression of Hsepi[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in 39% lethality. Co-expression of Hs2st[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in 0% lethality. Co-expression of Hs6st[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in 100% lethality. Co-expression of Hsepi[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in posterior wing margin notching in 5% of flies and loss of the anterior crossvein in 2% of flies. Co-expression of Hs2st[Scer\UAS.cKa] with sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in posterior wing margin notching in 3% of flies. Co-expression of sfl[Scer\UAS.cKa] and Hs6st[Scer\UAS.cKa] using Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] significantly decreases the size of the posterior compartment of the wing disc.
