Statement Reference Expression of Pdk1[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] under the control of either Scer\GAL4[VGlut-OK371] or Scer\GAL4[tub.PU] increases the absolute bouton number at the third larval instar neuromuscular junction.
Expression of Pdk1[Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG] under the control of Scer\GAL4[VGlut-OK371] results in an increase in the number of active zones, an increase in the total synaptic area and a small increase in active zone density at the third larval instar neuromuscular junction. | |||
