Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Flies overexpressing Nedd4[Scer\UAS.Short.T:Zzzz\FLAG] ubiquitously driven by any one of Scer\GAL4[Act5C.PI], Scer\GAL4[da.G32] or Scer\GAL4[αTub84B.PL] survive to the adult stage. Flies overexpressing Nedd4[Scer\UAS.Short.T:Zzzz\FLAG] driven by any one of Scer\GAL4[elav-C155], Scer\GAL4[D42], Scer\GAL4[how-24B], Scer\GAL4[005], Scer\GAL4[GMR.in.Switch.PR] or Scer\GAL4[ppl.PP] survive to adulthood. Third instar larvae overexpressing Nedd4[Scer\UAS.Short.T:Zzzz\FLAG] under the control of Scer\GAL4[005] display normal synaptic innervation along the body wall muscle. (Zhong et al., 2011)
