Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Expression of cbt[Scer\UAS.cRa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[salm.EPv] results in an alteration in wing size compared to wild type and severe defects in wing vein pattern. Expression of cbt[Scer\UAS.cRa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[hh.PU] results in overgrowth of the posterior compartment of the wing disc. Expression of cbt[Scer\UAS.cRa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[salm.EPv] results in overgrowth of the wing pouch region of the wing disc, due to an increase in cell number. (Rodriguez, 2011)
