Larval brains expressing CG8184^HMS01605 under the control of Scer\GAL4^insc-Mz1407 exhibit increased nucleolar size in both type II neuroblasts and secondary neuroblasts, but no significant change in the number of type II neuroblast lineages per brain lobe, as compared to controls.

Co-expression of both ban^{sponge.Scer\UAS.T:Disc\RFP} and CG8184^HMS01605 fails to suppress the ectopic neuroblast formation and increased neuroblast numbers seen in larval brains expressing N^{Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5,T:Zzzz\His6} under the control of Scer\GAL4^insc-Mz1407.

Co-expression of both Myc^Scer\UAS.cZa and CG8184^HMS01605 partially rescues the type II neuroblast loss phenotype seen in larval brains expressing numb^Scer\UAS.cOa under the control of Scer\GAL4^insc-Mz1407.
