Expression of B52HMS01661 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu delays the maturation of larval muscle movement: the larvae show an increase in the frequency of uncoordinated muscle twitches that occur at early larval stage (before tracheal filling) before being gradually replaced by coordinated muscle contractions.
