Statement Reference Expression of insv[Scer\UAS.cDa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[sca.PU] results in ectopic macrochaetae on the notum, especially at the positions of the anterior and posterior dorsocentral bristles.
Expression of insv[Scer\UAS.cDa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Eq1] results in a strong increase in microchaeta density on the notum.
Expression of insv[Scer\UAS.cDa] under the control of Scer\GAL4[vg.PU] results in notching of the wing. | |||
