      UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of abd-A which is tagged at the N-terminal end with C155-Venus. Amino acid 51 of the abd-A homeodomain has been mutated. A linker of 5 amino acid residues separates the abd-A and C155-Venus sequences.
