Detailed Description
| |||
Statement Reference Expression of 18w[g.Scer\UAS] under the control of either Scer\GAL4[GMR.PF] or Scer\GAL4[lz-gal4] generates a rough eye phenotype.
Expression of 18w[g.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[71B] results in a closure defect in the adult abdomen, an extra bristle phenotype and a rough eye phenotype.
Expression of 18w[g.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[dpp.PS] results in small wings that bifurcate along the anterior-posterior boundary
along with leg defects. This defect can be traced to the imaginal disc stage, where abnormal folding at the anterior-posterior boundary is found. | |||
