Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4AM29 results in lateral mistargeting of DM6 olfactory neuron axons.

Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 results in mild defects in abdominal closure, extra bristles, rough eyes and wing vein thickening. The penetrance of the rough eye phenotype is close to 100% while the penetrance of other phenotypes is approximately 5-10%.

Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL432B results in mild defects in abdominal closure, extra bristles, rough eyes, leg defects, wing vein thickening, a notched wing, and a black cell-like phenotype.

Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL471B results in mild defects in abdominal closure, extra bristles in some areas of the abdomen and a loss of bristles in other areas, wing vein thickening, and a notched wing phenotype.

Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PS generates a bifurcated wing phenotype and leg defects. This defect can be traced to the imaginal disc stage, where abnormal folding at the anterior-posterior boundary is found.

Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 generates a bifurcated wing phenotype, a black cells-like phenotype and leg defects.

Expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of either Scer\GAL4GMR.PF or Scer\GAL4lz-gal4 generates a rough eye phenotype.

Scer\GAL4dpp.PS, TolloUAS.cYa has wing phenotype, non-suppressible by Myd88EP2133

Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

A Myd88EP2133 homozygous background does not suppress the bifurcated wing phenotype seen upon expression of TolloScer\UAS.cYa under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PS.
