Nature of the lesion	Statement Reference T:Avic\GFP[EGFP] is fused to full length Apc2 (amino acids 1-1067). Expression is driven using the Apc2 ATG codon and endogenous promoter. (Roberts et al., 2012) The endogenous Apc2 promoter drives expression of full length, wild-type Apc2 which is tagged at the N-terminal end with T:Avic\GFP[EGFP]. (Roberts et al., 2011)

The embryonic lethality of these Apc2 mutants is also rescued, to adult viability. (Roberts et al., 2011)
