7 days old Snx31 homozygotes do not show significant changes in the number of mitotic cells per adult midgut (phospho-H3 staining), as compared to heterozygous and wild-type controls.

Snx31 mutant third instar larvae do not display any melanotic masses.

The wings of homozygous mutants extend from the body axis.

Snx31 mosaic wings show obvious notching at the margin.
