Expression of CG14207Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has no significant effect on adult eye morphology.

Overexpression of CG14207Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 driven by Scer\GAL4elav.PLu or Scer\GAL4ey.200.Exel leads to a small significant increase in lifespan compared to isogenic controls.

Overexpression of Hsp67BcScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI fails to protect against tachypacing-induced heart remodeling. Tachypacing also induces heart remodeling in wild-type flies.
