Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of N-Venus (a non-fluorescent split fluorescent protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 1-157 of Venus) fused to the CadN intracellular domain (amino acid residues 2901-3098) via a Tag:HA tag used as a linker. Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
