Clones generated in the eye disc that express numb^UAS.GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4^hs.2sev lead to some ommatidial rotation phenotypes - planar cell polarity defects - if numb^UAS.GFP is expressed in only in R4s, but not if only in R3s.
