      Expression of CG7288NIG.7288R under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96 can result in a loss of wing margin bristle phenotype.

      Expression of CG7288NIG.7288R under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PU at 29[o]C results in pupal lethality. At a lower temperature, escapers with less scutellar bristles than normal are seen.
