The tergites of flies expressing Zzzz\CAGCAA.94.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC,T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 appear normal compared to wild-type.

Expression of Zzzz\CAGCAA.94.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC,T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa results in pigmentation loss in the eye.

Expression of Zzzz\CAGCAA.94.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC,T:Zzzz\FLAG in the developing eye under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF causes a dramatic phenotype with disorganization of the ommatidia, loss of pigment cells and a collapsed eye.

Depending on the insertion line used, expression of Zzzz\CAGCAA.94.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC,T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in phenotypes ranging in severity from wild-type to lethality.
