Detailed Description
	Statement Reference Significant embryonic lethality is observed upon expression of Hn[dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[da.G32]. However, later development is unaffected as adult eclosion levels are unchanged. Knockdown of Hn in the larval fat body and haemocytes through expression of Hn[dsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Cg.PA] results in a significant increase in locomotion relative to controls, at both the first and second days of the third-instar larval stage. Mouth hook contractions are significantly increased in these larvae. No changes in white prepupal heart rate are found. (Neckameyer et al., 2007)
