      The expression of Ptp69DHMS01839 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in adult thoracic mechanosensory neurons with decreased connectivity: branch loss; full extension of the contralateral branch, but complete loss of synaptic arborizations; decreased presynapse number; and contralateral branch arrest at the midline/on the ipsilateral side.

      The expression of Ptp69DHMS01839 under the control Scer\GAL4Or10a.PF results in the axons of or10a-expressing ORNs mistargeting to the VA7m glomerulus.

      Females heterozygous for Ptp69DHMS01839 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4otu.T:Hsim\VP16, Scer\GAL4nos.PG and Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16) crossed to Ptp69DHMS01839 males results in: 54% hatching; non-maternal effect.
