Cells expressing Hsap\CDH1V832M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 in the pouch region of the wing disc invade neighbouring epithelial tissue. The cells appear to invade as either as small groups or individually.

Cells expressing Hsap\CDH1V832M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4bi.PU in the wing disc invade the basal region of the epithelium, with cell nuclei seen extruding through the basal epithelial side.

Cells expressing Hsap\CDH1V832M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 in the wing disc are often seen exiting the epithelium through its basal side as streams of cells.

Expression of Hsap\CDH1V832M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4bi.PU results in a mild notching of the wing margin.
