Drives expression in mesoderm and in muscle cells at all stages.

In the embryo ScerGAL4how-24B drives expression in a subset of glial cells including subperineurial glial cell. In the larva expression is predominantly found in glial cells but also a small number of neurons is labeled at this stage.

Drives expression in the visceral mesoderm, but not in epithelial cells in the adult midgut.

ScerGAL4how-24B drives expression in all muscle cells at all stages.

Larval expression is observed in tendon cells.

Enhancer trap expression is observed in the presumptive mesoderm at the onset of gastrulation and in the mesoderm at germ band retraction. Later, expression becomes restricted to myogenic cells. Expression is observed in precursors of the somatic muscles, pharyngeal muscles, visceral muscles and cardiac cells. Expression is also seen in muscle attachment sites.

Expressed in all embryonic and larval somatic muscles.

Expression in all body muscles without detectable expression in the nervous system or elsewhere.
